Becoming a parent is generally a time of huge change and adjustment – not just individually, also as a couple. According to many couples, the first year of parenthood is one of the most stressful times in their relationship. The couple, who were once a twosome, are now a threesome and apart from having an extra person in their relationship, the also face the challenge of taking care of an infant.
We look forward to Shira sharing hints and tips and her upcoming workshops called “When we become three”, which assist with; – strengthening your relationship with one another – preparing for the changes that parenthood brings – lower the incidence or severity of post partum mood disorders – being involved together as parents – creating a nurturing environment for your baby to thrive
